We want your experience with The Low Key Company LLC. to be as simple and smooth as possible. We believe in everything we make and we have a high value in our customer service as we do for our products. We've worked hard so you can have a great final product.

While The Low Key Company LLC. is base in Florida, during summer time from June through the end of August, Summer Shipping Rule will apply to all our wax product. During this time frame, we will only be shipping from Monday through Wednesday to avoid your package from sitting in a hot place over the weekend. We believe in the quality of our products and we want your package to arrive to you how you are expecting it. 

We aim to process your orders as quickly as we can. Most of our orders are fulfilled within 1-7 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
