LEGAL NOTICE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using any candle or other product sold by Low Key, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all safety warnings, instructions, and recommendations provided on our product labels, packaging, and website.
CANDLE SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Candles involve an open flame and, when improperly used, may cause fire, burns, personal injury, property damage, or other serious harm.
You are solely responsible for using our products safely and in accordance with all warnings and instructions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Never leaving a burning candle unattended.
- Keeping candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, furniture, and other flammable materials.
- Using candles only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Following all recommended burn-time and wick-trimming instructions.
- Discontinuing use when the candle reaches the recommended stopping point indicated on the label.
- Never moving or handling a candle while the wax is hot or the candle is burning.
- Never using a candle for a purpose other than its intended use.
- Inspecting the candle before use and discontinuing use if the container is damaged, cracked, or otherwise unsafe.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW WARNINGS
Failure to read, understand, or follow the safety warnings and instructions provided with our products is done entirely at your own risk.
If you choose to disregard, modify, remove, cover, alter, or otherwise fail to follow any safety warning or instruction provided by Low Key, you acknowledge that such conduct may substantially increase the risk of fire, burns, injury, property damage, or other harm.
Low Key shall not be responsible for harm, damage, or loss arising from the misuse, improper use, negligent use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided with our products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing or using our products, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with their intended use, including the risks associated with an open flame and heated wax.
You agree to exercise reasonable care and to follow all safety instructions provided by Low Key. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who uses or is around the product is made aware of the applicable safety warnings.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Low Key shall not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, or claims resulting from improper use of our products, failure to follow safety instructions, misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, or use contrary to the warnings provided on our product labels, packaging, or website.
Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
