At The Low Key Company, we believe in keeping things simple, intentional, and beautifully made.

Our candles are hand-poured using a coconut wax blend, paired with wooden wicks or cotton wicks, and scented with carefully selected clean fragrance oils and essential oils.

Our wax melts are made with soy wax and the same carefully selected fragrance oils, giving you a beautiful way to enjoy your favorite scents without a flame.

For our room sprays, car air fresheners, body sprays, and perfumes, we use an alcohol-based formula blended with our carefully selected fragrance oils.

Every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in our studio in Winter Garden, Florida, with ingredients chosen with care and a focus on creating products we are proud to share with you.

Our products are made with clean, high-quality ingredients. Please use them responsibly and follow all product instructions. Keep all items out of reach of children and pets.

While our materials are carefully selected, individuals may react differently to certain ingredients. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

We prioritize the quality of our products and want your package to arrive as expected. We aim to process orders promptly, with most fulfilled within 1-5 business days. Once your package ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

While The Low Key Company LLC is based in Florida, our 'Summer Shipping Rule' applies from May through the end of August to all our wax products. During this period, we only ship from Monday through Wednesday to prevent your package from sitting in a hot place over the weekend.
