While The Low Key Company LLC is based in Florida, our 'Summer Shipping Rule' applies from May through the end of August to all our wax products. During this period, we only ship from Monday through Wednesday to prevent your package from sitting in a hot place over the weekend. We prioritize the quality of our products and want your package to arrive as expected. We aim to process orders promptly, with most fulfilled within 1-5 business days.
